Good & different
This is such an off the wall place. Neat location, at the oldest, longest-running airstrip in the nation (in College Park, Md.), which is kinda cool, and the food is good, but it's a tad overpriced. Still we had fun there celebrating a graduation.

One of my favorites
One of my favorite restaurants in College Park. Nothing fancy, just more-than-decent Asian food served from a counter. It's a tad loud (no acoustics to speak of) and pretty much self-serve, but at least you get a real plate and silverware instead of the plastic stuff.

Not too bad
Jasper's has nice ambiance and the benefit of not being too noisy. But the waitress pretended to be friendly but wasn't, food was slow to come, and my order was incorrect ... and this was on a slow night.

Typical Pizza Hut
If you like Pizza Huts, then this offers no surprises. Staff is friendly, food is OK, value is good ... but, really, wouldn't you rather get your pizza from a mom & pop than a chain?

Tea and company
This is a sweet little place, not a lot of room but a lot of tea choices, some nice pastries, quiet atmosphere. Good place to hang out after buying a novel over at the Md. Book Exchange.

Really Good Value
ZIPS is really zippy, but you do have to have cash in hand when you drop your stuff off as they don't take credit cards. They do have an ATM on site. All drycleaning is only $1.85 and the shirts are cheap, too. Service is friendly and fast.

Love the lobster
I can't help myself, i love Red Lobster. This particular one has nice staff, good service, and is not too loud. If you have to go to a chain, this is one of the better ones.

Applebees Better than Nothing
OK, I like Applebees and this one is just fine. It's just that it's another faceless chain and I prefer mom & pop type places. But the Weight Watchers menu is good and it's pleasant enough.

Outback Overpriced
The food at this chain is OK, but way overpriced for what you get. If you love the big friend onion thing, go for it; and the steaks are good, staff friendly. It's just too danged expensive.

For Something Special
Jerry's looks like nothing special from the outside, but it is still the place to see and be seen, and you can't beat the taste of their cream of crab soup or the crab bomb. It's just way more than someone not on an expense account can generally handle. Too bad.
