A Suite of Mortgage Planning Services! Many people think we are in the business of writing mortgages, and while mortgage lending is what we do, we really don't think of ourselves that way. We provide several key services that ultimately result in putting your mortgage under management. In fact many of our clients have had their mortgage under management for quite some time before we ever have a conversation about a refinance or another purchase. We conduct annual mortgage review (in addition to our initial mortgage and equity/liability review) and regular performance updates, so you know how your mortgage is performing compaired to the market. We also keep regular contact with your investment and accounting professionals to make sure everyone has all the information to do their best for you. For first time buyers this is a must have service.
