Maid Brigade

I've used Maid Brigade 3-4 times and always run into the same problemthey never finish!

3 cleaners came in meaning, with the 2 hour minimum, I was paying for 6 hours of cleaning time. I told them the priorities, kitchen 1st, 1/2 bath 2nd, living area 3rd but, 2 hours later, they said they would need another 1/2 hour (that's 90 minutes more of cleaning time).

Fool me once, shame on youby the fourth time, I gotta find someone else.

What they clean, they clean well. They're detailed and have always been courteous. I keep wanting to use them 'cause they clean well. However, read other reviews on the web; no matter how big/small the job, they ALWAYS need more time. It's as if their speed depends on the job size; it's always "1/2 hour more." They're too good (and expensive) to nickel and dime like that! Too bad.

I've used many maid services in the past. From the non insured to the franchised. I was so pleased with the job that this company did that I had to write a review. Not only was the entire house completely spotless but the thing that impressed me was the little details that I didn't expect. Thinks like, the light bulbs in the bathrooms above the mirrors where cleaned. The toilet paper holders where dusted and the end of the paper folded over. My glass stove top was completely spotless (a feat that I have been trying to achieve for quite some time now). All chrome shined and shimmered and they even cleaned the kitchen light above the dinning room table. I couldn't find anything about their efforts that I could have done better or thought they missed. Friendly service, fast and extremely well done. I would recommend them to anyone.
